INTRODUCING KOI COUTURE

Hello lovelies! Second post of the day, I know, but I just wanted to share with you a lovely new shoe company I found yesterday called Koi Couture. Koi Courture sell women's shoes only and are highly influenced by and reflect modern British fashion culture. Their shoes are so lovely and are perfect if you want to make a statement with your outfit. Here are a few below, I especially love the soft pink bow heels and the bright blue shoes, they would both be perfect for a night out! Check out their Facebook page here.

What do you think? I can't wait to see more from Koi Couture to see what they bring out next!

Hello beauties! I thought a change of scenery was in need so today I got my boyfriend to take some photos of me in the local park whilst we were walking my dog. What do you think? Too much green? Or nice to have a change? I quite like it, but unfortunately most of the time I take the photos myself using a tripod and self-timer (ie. me running back and forth to take the photo!) and the only place in/out of my house that has a nice background is my wall.. Maybe I will venture out on my own one day to take some pictures, so long as no passer-bys see me!

Anyway, back to the look! I bought these lilac socks last week from Topshop and have been meaning to wear them so I guess I based the look around them by wearing my lilac shorts and having my purple scarf tied to my bag. I then just wacked on a plain black top, gold accessories and my brown platforms and bobs your uncle! Haha! I was a bit worried about mixing black and brown/tan together but who made that rule up anyway? I quite like it and I think the lilac breaks it up a bit anyway. What do you think about wearing black and brown together?

Hello lovely people! How are you all? As you can see I have been under going some changes on my blog, only slight changes mind because I get too scared that I will lose everything and have to start all over again! But what do you think? I am still finding out how to do certain things so it isn't perfect yet but I'm liking the change :)

Today's outfit is rather simple but also quite lady-like to celebrate the Jubilee. I wanted to wear this denim dress, mainly for comfort, but also for a 50's feel matching it with the pearl necklace, white lace pop socks and white sandals. I also added in my Vogue shoe bag for the photo's to give it that vintage feel. Hope you like it!

Hello lovelies! Sorry for the lack of outfit posts lately, I've been out in the garden enjoying the sun so I have just been wearing tops and shorts mainly, but yesterday I decided to dress all floral and summery! So this is what I wore yesterday, very floral indeed! But I wanted to wear something fun and this is what I came up with. My boyfriend said I look like a fairy.. haha! For this outfit I tried laying out my clothes on my bed first, like the images in my last post, and it actually really helps deciding what accessories and shoes to put with an outfit. Plus it is a lot quicker than putting clothes on and taking them off again when you don't like the outfit! I'll be taking photo's all week and I'll upload them on Friday so that you can see wha outfits I came up with this week.

I had such a lovely day yesterday! My Dad bought us a little pool so me and my friend's and boyfriend spent the day filling that with water (luckily we're not in the hosepipe ban!!) and then we had a bbq and chilled out in the pool, although by the time it was full it was freezing!! Haha! Hopefully I'll get some use out of it today.

Anyway, I hope you've all had a good start to the week!!

Outfit Inspiration

Hello lovelies! How are you all? Sorry for the lack of outfit posts! Since I finished uni I have just been enjoying the sunshine, seeing friends and yesterday I went to London with my Dad and Brother for the day, but I have plenty of new clothes to show you all next week!

Anyway, this post is based on some outfit images that I see everywhere on Tumblr and Weheartit and I find them really inspiring, so I have collected a few to show you and hopefully I will do a post like this next week with all my clothes and outfits that I have put together that I will wear in the future.

All images from weheartit.com

Does anyone else do this with their clothes? I'm actually really looking forward to doing it because I think it will make me realise that I can make a lot more outfits out of the clothes I already have rather than buying more! Haha! Oh, I also cleared out my wardrobe today, which I NEVER do so I  was quite brutal! I got rid of 22 items of clothing, 12 pairs of shoes and a bag. I think that is pretty good seeing as I never throw away anything!

What I've been making..

Hello beauties! Have you been enjoying this gorgeous weather today? I've been sunbathing in the garden with my mum all day and even caught a tan! Very exciting! Anyway, I wanted to show you some images of the garments I was working on for my uni projects before the hand-in as I am really pleased with them, especially the second outfit! I made the jacket, blue shirt, shoulder piece and grey shorts.

Like I said in a previous post, I had two friends helping me out with modelling and make up so I will leave a link to their blogs and Facebook pages at the bottom. Hope you like them! Let me know what you think :)

PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE IMAGES IN ANY WAY!
I am showing these images because I am proud of my work but I do not want them being used without my consent. Thank you :)

GLASS BOUTIQUE

Hello all! Second post of the day, but only a little one! I was recently contacted by the lovely Toni from Fashion Your Seatbelts about a fashion website I hadn't heard of before called 'Glass Boutique'. I took a look at the website and they sell men and women's designer clothes including Libertine Libertine, YMC, Won Hundred and more. A couple of my favourites are this Sessun floral dress and these 'Sag in Fresia' shoes, also by Sessun. They really do have some great finds on there which you wouldn't be able to find anywhere else so take a look by clicking on the link above.

Hello lovelies! Ahh I AM FREEEEE from uni!! Horrah! To celebrate handing in all my work for the second year I went shopping with my boyfriend and bought some lovely little bits and bobs, including these shoes ^^ They are infact from the kids section in New Look and the size 3 actually fit better than the usual 4! They are so sweet and comfy with great cut-out  and lace up detailing and with a little wedge heel to add some extra (much needed!) height. I also bought a pair of shorts and trousers from New Look too, take a look below! It's not what I usually go for but I absolutely love them!

The trousers are actually full length but I couldn't get a full length photo just yet so an outfit post will follow within the next few days. Tropical prints are in everywhere at the moment so I thought I would try it out myself. I fell in love with the shorts as soon as I saw them and the trousers are so comfortable that I couldn't resist!

I also got these white lace shorts in the post today from OASAP. They have a drawstring waist with lovely lace detailing along the bottom and sides. They have some lovely items on there website, if you want to check it out click the appropriate link on the right hand side of my blog.

Sorry for the really long post but I have missed blogging and shopping a lot! Haha! Hope you've all have a lovely day in the sun :)
